ANNIVERSARY FEE / MEMBERSHIP FEE
All Students will be charged an membership fee upon package sign up. This is a lifetime membership fee. Membership Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of any reasons or circumstances including, but not limited to business closure, relocation of gym, acts of God, redevelopment of sites and/or any other reasons. The member understands and acknowledges that non-usage of the gym does not release the member from any obligations to make all payments agreed upon. Power Kids Gym reserves the right to terminate membership and/or refused any member access into the gym for failure to adhere to gym and membership rules terms and conditions and/or for non-payment of any balance and payable by the member. Under such circumstances, Power Kids Gym also reserves the right to forfeit any deposit or payment previously made by the member.
CLASSES PAYMENT
No refund or transfer of any class package or balance of classes once payment is completed.CANCELLATIONS
Power Kids Gym reserves the right to cancel or modify classes and faculty. ATTENDANCE, MAKEUP POLICY &
CHANGE OF CLASS
Members have priority for continuing enrolment in busy classes. Enrolment is by the session. If you are unable to attend a class, do inform us to arrange for a makeup. Please note that a maximum of 1 class is allowed per month and that all classes are to be completed within the registered month. All makeup must be scheduled by appointment. Kindly support the request of a makeup class with a medical certificate / receipt. Please call the gym if you are unable to attend your makeup. If we do not hear from you, no other make up date for that class will be offered. If our schedule does not fit yours, please inform us and we will include you in our interest list in order to open up new classes if possible. on or refunds. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays.
DROP PROCEDURE:
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE CENTRE TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. Only a written notice via email, will be acceptable.Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for the additional 30 days (if applicable) This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
WHAT TO WEAR
Boys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewellery. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear during class. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewellery should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELLERY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time and inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Kindly instruct your student to wait inside the gym space and you should escort them from the facility to your car.
SAFETY/SICKNESS
Please keep sick children at home. We reserve the right to send a child home to get well at our discretion and offer a make-up. Come and play when you are your best.
PHOTOGRAPHS / VIDEOS / IMAGES
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), photograph(s) and video image(s) of an individual are considered personal data. This is to notify parents/ guardians that photograph(s) or video image(s) of students and parents/ guardians of Powerkids Tumbles International Pte Ltd (Power Kids Gym - UE)/ Powerkids West Pte Ltd (Power Kids Gym - Dairy Farm) may be captured during class activities, birthday parties, camps and other adhoc events, that we may use and publish such photographs and/ or video recordings in publicity or communication media such as company website, social media channels, or share in print versions or in paid advertisements. However, these photographs and/ or video images will not be released to any third party without the individual's consent.
