Just as caterpillars make the transition to butterflies, our sliders learn to develop and understand more about their physical abilities through a series of activities and movement skills such as stretching, climbing, rolling and basic tumbling with the aid of inclines, tunnels and slides as well as manipulative play with colourful, multi-sensory toys that help with eye focus and grip control. By incorporating music, we challenge our sliders on a weekly basis in their cognitive development which helps develop speech patterns and help them make a connection with cause and effect. -

Our Crawlers are just at the cusp or have already discovered their mobility skills either through crawling, walking or even running. This is the class to take them that little further in strengthening their muscles to tumble on mats, static balancing skills, jump on a trampoline, climb on our structures or to simply work on gripping skills by hanging on the single bar. There are so many things to explore in the gym and with music and movement, our crawlers start to develop their language and social skills as well as build body awareness in relation to tactile and vestibular position senses. The best bit – they have fun while learning. -

The Super Wigglers is designed to introduce toddler to learn through play. This program is instructional and educational, but fun. Our Trainers place emphasis on global, environmental, cultural and ecological themes to enhance knowledge and basic literacy through the use of hands-on activities, nursery rhymes, phonics as well as music and movement, art and craft and social skills in preparation for pre-school. -

Our gliders are well on their way on building a strong foundation in developing their gross and fine motor skills through our structured activities and our free play time. Whether it is holding on to the bars for 15 seconds, climbing the rock wall or working on their upper body strength to do handstands, there is a whole range of activities to challenge them incrementally every week. In the process, they will also learn basic skills such as waiting in turns, sharing and also to interact with others in a positive way. It is all about building their confidence to explore the unknown. -

Just as a pony trots and then slowly moves into a gallop our sassy Twos are on an exciting journey of discovering their abilities in an independent way. Though mums and dads are still around to guide them, they will be exposed to pre-gymnastics activities and various sports skills as well as strengthening their skills in manipulative play. The emphasis is on working on physical and social skills where they have to listen and follow directions. They will also be building their knowledge of numbers and letters which will help them with language and vocabulary development. Whether it is through our mega obstacle courses or navigating our climbing ropes, or through drills and games, our twos will improve on their coordination, agility and strength and in that process build their self-esteem and confidence. -

Our Climbers are gaining greater independence. They are nurtured to face new challenges by our Trainers, who spot them and provide positive encouragement,. This is the class where they are exposed to gymnastic and sports skills, relays and much more. These activities help build up their strength, coordination, flexibility and agility. Ultimately, the goal is to help them have a more positive mindset and to build their confidence in embracing activities individually as well as in teams. Whether it is mastering a handstand, straddle jump or learning to dribble a ball, our 3 year old Climbers will start to develop their fitness levels and are introduced to the concept of good sportsmanship. -

Whether its running, crawling, skipping or just plain hopping, our Hoppers will be building the confidence to tackle physical fitness activities with the right attitude. Hoppers will be introduced to various martial arts moves from disciplines such as kick boxing, and taekwondo; gymnastic skills such as cartwheels and handstands; as well as sports skills from around the world such as baseball, rugby, and soccer. -

Teamwork is a key element of this class.
